I am a Full Time Real Estate Broker; I have been successfully selling Residential Real Estate since 1994 and lucky enough to be one of the top Realtors for over 30+ years with OnePoint Association of Realtors. Over 92% of my business is repeat/referrals from past clients and friends.
After enjoying 16 years with Coldwell Banker, I made the change to RE/MAX By The Bay Brokerage and later joined forces with Andrew McKay to create the McInnis & McKay Real Estate Team.
I have a non licensed administrative assistant, Karen, who works Monday to Friday to ensure our listings, sales, and after sales systems are completed efficiently.
I am a supporter of Children's Miracle Network, Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation, Toys for Kids, Habitat for Humanity, and My Friends House.
